Visitor’s Order of Museum of the Spiš region in Spišská Nová Ves

All visitors entering the object are obliged to acquaint themselves with the Visitor’s Order and to observe its rules.

Entry is only allowed during opening hours with valid ticket.

Upon organizer’s request, a visitor is obliged to show valid ticket.

Persons under alcohol and substances influence are restricted to enter the Museum of the Spiš region.

During visit do not touch the exhibits.

During visit don’t drink, don’t eat, don’t use the mobile phone and smoking.

Entry to exposition region with pets is forbidden.

Making photos and film within the ticket for photos and film is forbidden.

Ride on bicycle in park is forbidden.

Visitor, who violates provisions of the Visitor’s Order despite of warning or doesn’t obey instructions of responsible employees, can be guided out of the Museum of the Spiš region without ticket price return. In extreme case and based on offence nature, Museum of the Spiš region administrator can ask competent Police Corps for action.
- Visitors are obliged to conduct within Museum of the Spiš region in a manner that will not damage or otherwise deteriorate Museum of the Spiš region property and equipment.
- All employees will be obliged to indemnify for damages and losses caused by them both at the Museum of the Spiš region equipment and other person’s property.
- Visitor that finds any objects within Museum of the Spiš region premises is obliged to deliver them at the box office or at person on duty who will secure these objects and handover to the owner.
- Museum of the Spiš region will not be responsible for damages, injuries caused by carelessness or failed observance of the Visitor’s Order as well as instructions of responsible employees.
- Museum of the Spiš region will not be responsible for loses things in objects of museum.
- Provisions of the Visitor’s Order apply to entire Museum of the Spiš region object including park.
